NDA Request
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be required in several VeriProof contexts:
- Receiving the SOC 2 Type II audit report
- Evaluating Enterprise Federated pricing or architecture documentation
- Enterprise contract negotiations
- Penetration test scope documents or rules of engagement
- Security advisory details prior to coordinated public disclosure
Standard Mutual NDA
VeriProof maintains a standard mutual NDA that covers both parties’ confidential information. The standard NDA is appropriate for most pre-sales, security report access, and vendor assessment scenarios.
To request the standard mutual NDA, email legal@veriproof.app with the subject line “NDA Request” and a one-sentence description of the context (e.g. “SOC 2 report access” or “Enterprise evaluation”).
We’ll send the NDA for electronic signature within two business days.
One-Way NDAs
If your organisation requires a one-way NDA protecting only your confidential information (common in regulated industries where you have standard vendor NDA forms), send your standard form to legal@veriproof.app. We’ll review and respond within five business days.
Enterprise Contracts
Enterprise contracts typically include mutual confidentiality clauses that supersede standalone NDAs. If you’re in an active Enterprise negotiation, your account manager can coordinate NDA execution as part of that process.
Security Research Context
Security researchers who need to discuss a potential vulnerability under confidentiality should follow the Responsible Disclosure process. Our responsible disclosure policy includes an implicit confidentiality commitment — a separate NDA is generally not required, but one can be arranged if preferred.
